The Syndicate Society is a boutique design company that specializes in transforming brands into experiences. Whether you’re in need of a commercial space, private party, conference or special event to connect people with your brand, our team guides you through every step of the way.
Since 2015, Carrie has built a team filled with top-notch talent to perfect and refine a seamless, clear design process. Some of the Syndicate Society’s biggest accomplishments have been flipping the backstage Country Music Awards’ Green Room into a Berkshire Hathaway one-bedroom beach house within 24 hours, and designing corporate events for celebrities like Michael Bublé, Maroon 5, and Katy Perry.
As the Syndicate Society has grown, the team always believes in creating a space that feels special, better or different than the everyday design. They love problem solving, gathering inspiration, and thinking creatively for their clients.
With over 10+ years of commercial design experience, Carrie Allen founded the Syndicate Society in 2015. Now, the Syndicate Society has used its unique design services to partner with Fortune 500 companies and big-name brands across the country to bring their vision to life.
The first time Carrie designed a space was her dorm room in college, and her love for art and design grew from there. In the early 2000s, Carrie would design backstage hospitality spaces for special guests and speakers, along with interactive creative installations for conference attendees. In 2006, when Carrie helped create the center stage art install at Phillips Arena, she realized she wanted to creatively explore the world of design. This sparked a new awareness and growing passion for designing experiences by transforming spaces where design and people connect.
Carrie continued to focus on marrying hospitality and functional design in her work. What started small quickly grew, and through expanding requests from new clients, Carrie found herself designing offices, co-working spaces, restaurants, corporate events, and more.
